Due to the nature of print-on-demand items being made only after you've ordered them, our shipping and delivery times can be a bit longer than usual.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Print Quality Issues: If you receive a product with defects in print quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will request photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide us with the order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
  • Size/Color Issues: As our products are customized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for issues related to size or color choices. Please ensure you review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items where the customization was accurately executed according to your specifications.
  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@phallacy.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item if applicable.
  3. Shipping Returns: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible returns.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know at the time of your return request. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as the returned item is received.
